- Leading Aircraftman Kenneth Frederick Jeeves, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. He had grown up in Dartford and his parents still lived at 31 Oakfield Lane. Died 9.6.43, aged 19, when his Tiger Moth biplane crashed during training at 9 Elementary Flying Training School, RACF St Catherines. Buried in Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St Catherines, Ontario, Canada, and commemorated on the Wilmington War Memorial, Dartford.
