- Private Norman George Smith, 6th Battalion, Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Regiment. His parents lived at 71 Princes View, Dartford, and he appears to have lived at 2 Seaton Road, Dartford. Died 30.11.42-1.12.42, aged 28, killed in action in North Africa. Commemorated on the Medjez-el-Bab Memorial, Tunisia.
