- Stoker 2nd class Frank John (‘Jack’) Trowbridge, Royal Navy. His parents lived at 30 Park Road, Swanscombe. Died 16.8.44, aged 23, cause unknown. Buried in Swanscombe Cemetery and commemorated on the Roll of Honour at the Church of St Peter and St Paul, Swanscombe.
