- Gunner Horace Arthur Wills, 2 Maritime Regiment, Royal Artillery. Lived with his parents at 68 Shirehall Road, Hawley, prior to his marriage. Died 13.3.44, aged 24, cause unknown. Commemorated on Portsmouth Naval Memorial and commemorated on the Sutton-at-Hone War Memorial.
