- Alice Pamela Bennett of 119 Knockhall Chase, Greenhithe. Killed while a patient in County (West Hill) Hospital, Dartford, on 6.9.40, aged 77, in a bombing incident which killed 22 patients and two nurses. Buried in Swanscombe Cemetery and commemorated on the Greenhithe War Memorial.
