Introduction: William John James Carpenter of 15 Watchgate Rise (now Ridgeway), Lanes End, Darenth. Killed at home on 19.4.41, aged 52, in a bombing incident which killed a total of four people. Buried in St Margaret of Antioch Churchyard, Darenth.
