- Irene Elizabeth May Clark of 12 Alan Close, Dartford. Killed while a patient in County (West Hill) Hospital, Dartford, on 6.9.40, aged 27, in a bombing incident which killed 22 patients and two nurses. She was in hospital after having been attacked with a hammer by her husband. Buried in Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford, and commemorated on the Civilian War Memorial, Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford.
