Introduction: Joan May Cross of 54 Willow Road, Dartford. Killed at her grandmother’s house, 40 Kent Road, on 20.4.41, aged 7, in a bombing incident which killed a total of 13 people. Buried in Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford, and commemorated on the Civilian War Memorial, Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford.
