Introduction: Edgar Ernest Gardiner of 35 Peppercroft Street, Gravesend. Killed in Milton Street, Swanscombe, on 27.2.45, aged 53, in a V2 rocket incident which killed a total of eight people. Buried in Gravesend Cemetery.
