Gates - Roll of Honour for Second World War civilians

Introduction: Agnes Gates of 38 Carrington Road, Dartford. Died of wounds in County (West Hill) Hospital, Dartford, on 6.8.44, aged 63, having been injured earlier the same day at home in a V1 flying bomb incident which killed a total of ten people. Buried in Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford, and commemorated on the Civilian War Memorial, Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford.
