Died on 13.1.41, aged 19, at County (West Hill) Hospital, Dartford, having been injured the previous day in a bombing incident, which killed a total of two people, while visiting friends at St John's Road, Stone. Buried in Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford, and commemorated on the Civilian War Memorial, Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford.
