- Violet Ethel Jordan, living-in as cook/maid at 15 London Road, Northfleet. Killed at 15 London Road on 16.8.40, aged 22, in a bombing incident which also killed two members of the family which employed her. Commemorated on the Roll of Honour at the Church of St Peter and St Paul, Swanscombe since she had grown up in Swanscombe and her parental home was 22 Broad Road, Swanscombe. Buried in St Peter and St Paul Churchyard, Swanscombe and commemorated on the Roll of Honour at the Church of St Peter and St Paul, Swanscombe.
