- Mary Jane Moore of 32 Seventh Avenue, Blythe, Northumberland. Killed while a patient in County (West Hill) Hospital, Dartford, on 6.9.40, aged 20, in a bombing incident which killed 22 patients and two nurses. She was actually one of two nurses killed in the incident but was a patient at the time. Place of burial not known but commemorated on the Civilian War Memorial, Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford.
