- Edward Robert Oliver of 120 Church Road, Swanscombe. Killed in The Morning Star public house, 143 Church Road, Swanscombe, on 10.11.40, aged 49, in a bombing incident which is believed to have killed approximately 27 people. Buried in Swanscombe Cemetery and commemorated on the Roll of Honour at the Church of St Peter and St Paul, Swanscombe.
