Died of wounds at County (West Hill) Hospital, Dartford, on 30.9.40, aged 19, having been injured in Barnehurst the previous night in a bombing incident. Buried in Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford, and commemorated on the Civilian War Memorial, Watling Street Cemetery, Dartford.
