STREET TRADING
DARTFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL (The Council) pursuant to Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (the Act) designated as prohibited street certain streets within their district.
The effect of designation as a prohibited street is that street trading is prohibited in such a street.
Street trading is defined in Schedule 4 as the selling or exposing or offering for sale any article (including a living thing) in a street. The following streets shall be designated as prohibited street for the purpose of Schedule 4 of the Act.
