You must not do anything which is likely to damage the structure of the building or cause damage to shared services (such as plumbing to the roof tank, electricity or gas supplies, or sewerage).
If you want to carry out any work which may affect the rest of the building, you must first get our permission in writing, as we retain ownership of the fabric of the building.
