Where is the Henry Wellcome Bandstand:

The Henry Wellcome Bandstand is located in the fabulous Central Park, Dartford, with its formal gardens and green open space.

What are the dates and times of the concerts:

The series of 5 bandstand concerts happens every Sunday, starting on 1August through to 30 August. The concerts start at 2pm through until 4pm.

Do I need a ticket:

The concerts are a free non ticketed event. Just turn up on the day.

Is there any shelter:

The concerts take place in the open air and has little shade or shelter. Advice on coping with hot weather

Can I bring my dog:

Yes, you are allowed to bring your dog into the park, we just ask you too clear up after your dog.

Are there toilet facilities:

Yes, there are toilet facilities, which also include accessible toilets and baby change available next to Cafe in the Park and next to the Cranford Road entrance to the park.

Can I bring chairs, blankets and gazebos to the concerts:

There are a limited number of free deckchairs available on a first come, first serve basis, so please bring your fold up chairs and blankets, but if you could leave the Gazebos and large parasol type umbrellas at home as they restrict other bandstand visitors views.

Can I bring a picnic:

Yes, you are welcome to bring along a picnic lunch; alternatively, you could always pop into the Café in the Park, who have a wide range of goodies on offer.
