The application seeks to vary the hours for the sale and supply of alcohol and to provide Regulated Entertainment as follows:

• Sales of alcohol Daily 12pm to 3am
• Live & Recorded Music Daily 12pm to 3pm

Consultation to May 13

Dosa House Ltd has applied to DARTFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL for the grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises:

Lanka Spice Express, 53 High Street, Dartford, Kent DA1 1DS

which would authorise the following licensable activities:

• Retail sale of alcohol on the premises & with Deliveries (off the premises) Monday to Sunday 11am to 1am Hours
• Late night refreshments 11pm to 1am Hours.
