Having reported a breach of planning control and you do not consider that you have had the standard of service set out in the planning enforcement plan and wish to complain you are encourage to use our formal complaints process.
Although you can approach the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman at any time (in writing, by email, telephone or text), you must first give us a chance to answer your complaint.
