At Dartford Borough Council, we want to provide the best possible service to our tenants and leaseholders.
We've been improving the way we share messages with you, and you can find out more about that on our Resident Involvement page, but we also want to hear from you.
We run consultations on key strategies and policies, and we have our tenant satisfaction measures, plus if you are unsatisfied with our service, you can make a complaint.
However, one of the quickest and easiest ways to give us feedback is by completing one of our surveys.
