Welcome to the Council's Housing Service, we provide housing advice to all residents in the Borough, in order to improve the standard of accommodation and to ensure that people's housing needs are met. We also run the housing register and manage approximately 4,333 units of social housing.

Housing Customer Services Charter
Dartford Borough Council is strongly committed to providing excellent standards of service for all of our customers. Within Housing Services we have set out service standards which customers can expect when dealing with this particular department. This is in addition to the overall Customer Services Charter which sets out standards for the whole of the Council.
