When is the scheme available?
Sanctuary referrals by agencies can be made between 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.45pm on Friday.
If the person requiring the Sanctuary Scheme contacts the Council through the out of hour’s facility and it is unsafe for them to remain in their present accommodation, emergency temporary accommodation can be arranged.
