Referral procedure
All agency referrals must be made to the Council’s Housing Solutions Team.
You can complete our referral form online via the link on this page, or request a paper copy by emailing the Housing Options team. The victim should consent to the referral before it is submitted.
The form is generic and can be used by any referring agency, including advice and support agencies, social care and health.
To discuss any element of the referral, the Housing Solutions Team can be contacted on 01322 343114 or by emailing the Housing Options team.
Households who wish to seek housing advice and assistance themselves are able to contact the Housing Solutions Team on the above details. Where the household is a Council tenant, they may contact their Housing Officer in the first instance on 01322 343133 or email HEM@dartford.gov.uk.
